The truth is, the sooner the better!
All we require at time of booking is a deposit, the deposit can be moved to a different trip if things change, but it secures your spot! Final payment is due 90 days before departure (120 days for small-ship expeditions).
There is no upside to waiting, but there are downsides:
- Our groups are small! Max 12 or 16 (sometimes 8!) Our trips fill up. We hate it when women miss their dream trip because the trip sold out before they booked it
- We don’t offer every trip every year! We are always looking for new and interesting itineraries, sometimes we pause trips, and sometimes we stop offering them.
