# Thailand - Nut Allergies

## Have an allergy to all tree nuts and peanuts? You can still travel to Thailand!

Safety is our top priority, and with proper planning and precautions, it's still possible for you to enjoy a safe trip to Thailand.

Many restaurants are accustomed to catering to allergy concerns. In many cases, they will be willing to modify dishes or offer alternative options to ensure your safety.

Traveling with an EpiPen is essential. Make sure it is easily accessible at all times, and that you know how to use it in case of an emergency.

It is also advised to bring along safe snacks from home that can provide peace of mind and ensure that you will always have something to eat if safe options are not readily available.

Ultimately, with proper preparation and vigilance, you can still enjoy an adventure to Thailand. Following these guidelines and staying cautious, there's no reason why you cannot have a fantastic experience!
